Currently Pacific Macs only accepts payments through PayPal. Don't have a PayPal account? You can set one up for free at www.paypal.com.
Pacific Macs will be accepting credit cards in the near future.

Pacific Macs Return Policy is divided into three groups: Macs, Upgrades, and Repairs.
Macs:
10% Restocking fee for the first 30 days.
25% Restocking fee for the first 90 days.
No refunds beyond 90 days!
Upgrades:
No Returns

What is your Shipping Policy?

Pacific Macs can ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or Pacific Macs holidays.
Pacific Macs ships USPS Priority Mail. After Pacific Macs ships your oder, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days on average.

Viewing the status of your order is easy. Click on our home page. Located on the upper right side of the page is a Order Status box, enter your conformation number, then click go!
